Getting Started
Chyron LIVE requires the usage of an Operating System (OS) that supports WebCodecs such as Windows OS, Apple OS and Linux Desktop OS.
Chyron recommends the usage of Google Chrome for optimum performances.
It is also advised to connect to Chyron LIVE with a minimum bandwidth of 50MBps in order to guarantee a smooth streaming experience within the web interface.
LIVE runs on Chyronβs AWS infrastructure. It is entirely managed by our Cloud Operations team so you do not have to worry about hosting or the infrastructure and can focus on the production.Β Β
- As part of the signup confirmation, our Cloud Operations team communicates the URL and credentials that you need to login.
- Our Cloud Operations team starts and stops your instance of LIVE at the date and time you specify during the sign-up process. The URL is inactive until the specified start time.
We recommend that you request the start of your LIVE platform at a minimum of 1 hour before the start of your game or event, to ensure thereβs plenty of time to connect your streams and prepare your production.

Open Chrome browser and enter the provided URL which should follow this nomenclature: xyz.live.chyron.com (where xyz is usually a prefix youβve defined with us upon registration).
